I'd like to think so! lets cross our fingers! The boys and I are learning a whole new life style .. and i'm hoping its for the best. I'm having my doubts that i'm able to do this on my own. But I have the support of some amazing friends! I'd be lost without them. Thank you all for your great advice. although you all have, at one point or another, wanted to smack me upside the head. I still truly appreciate the help.

Our first family vacation!

We finally had our first vacation! we took our boys to Beautiful San Diego, California. The whole trip was just liberating!

We left on Monday the 11Th of may and stayed till Thursday! We went to sea world, the beach and and to the San Diego zoo! Baily loved it! He still asks to this day if we can go to the beach? I was really bummed out to have to leave :(.

Our hotel was a 15 minute walk to Sea world right on the harbor of Mission Beach! It was so beautiful. We had our 3 nieces and Brandon's parent's with us. It was great to spend that time with them. We thank them a million times for every minute of it!

Our first adventure started at the beach. Baily was pretty skiddish of it but he grew to love it!

That night we met up with one of my bestest friends in the world who lives in California now ( i don't blame her). She met us at our hotel and we went out to some weird place that had "taco Tuesdays!" lol this was how we new where to find the place!

We had a great time we scarfed down on some really fattening Mexican food.... and we had a few drinks.

She spent the night w/ us and the next day we went to the amazing wonders of the San Diego Zoo! Baily of course loved it!

The next day was sea world!

Sea world was a blast! right when we got there Shamu was starting so we went straight to the show. Baily is in love w/ all kinds of marine life! He talked about seeing the sharks all day and they ended being the the 3rd to last thing we saw. I think he made us stay in the shark area for a good 30-45 minutes!

But then it was off to the dolphins and then to the sea lion show. from that point we actually drove home... how we made it?.... I have no clue. lots of coffee! lol

We got home at about 2 am. back to this hot dry boring city I call home lol.

All in all the trip was much needed and we loved it! With a little more persuasion hopefully I can convince Brandon to let us move there *wink*

I'm sooo excited!!! We are leaving for San Diego, California on Monday! WHOOOO HOOOO can you tell im stoked!!! We are taking Baily, and our nieces to see world and stuff with Brandon's parents! Born June 26, 2006, an amazing little boy. Not only amazing in personality... (I may be a bit biased), but sooo handsome. He's so kind and polite, says please and thank you on his own 90% of the time. (Don't get me wrong he has his tantrums and bad days just like any other 2 year old)
But he is so well behaved. He has such a great sense of humor, and an amazing memory for a toddler.

He LOVES to watch, quote, dance, and sing to movie's and Nick Jr. programs. He is infatuated by dinosaurs, cars, and sports.(you name it, if it has a ball in it, or if you can throw it, or hit it, he wants to play). He calls it "you wanna play volley volley ball?" lol.

He roots for the Colt's every football season,(well the last 2 of them where he could talk.) when he sees football on tv he yells "GO COLTS, TOUCHDOWN!'', or "GO PEYTON!"

My little monster can sing "everybody was kunfu fighting" and lots of other songs that you would never expect to hear out of him. such as songs by Katey Perry,and Kanye West. ha ha.

He's such an affectionate little man who is always concerned of the well beings of others. Whether or not they are okay, he always wants to know.

He has been through a lot in the last 2 1/2 years, but there is almost always a smile on his face.Even when he's not feeling at his best.

Which is the reason he can always put a smile on everyone else's face.

He really knows how to warm your heart, whether it's through laughter, or when he trying to comfort you. Like after he cut his head open on our glass coffee table, and after 2 mins of crying, he stops and wants to know if I'M okay.Or the time that We both got sick w/ the stomach bug 2 days after Christmas, stuck up in lakeside. (I was 8 months pregnant w/ Brayden at the time.) We were both feeling awful but yet he always wanted to be sure I was okay.

Although he makes me watch the same movie's w/ him over and over and although He's stubborn at nap time, although if someone he hasn't been around in a while or, ever, says "hello" to him he growls at them, and although he thinks home is Granny's house :( ,lol, Brandon and I will never think of ourself short of the luckiest parents in the world.
I know that having Baily in my life, has changed me entirely and has made my world whole. He's the silly,handsome, Well behaved little boy that everyone would ask for, and he's all ours!

Brandon and I finally got away together (regardless it was just for the day, but still...)

We had such a great time. We drove to Jerome,Az one of my favorite places in the world!

I'm a huge history buff, and on top of that it was the first place Brandon and I went together.
We stayed ALL day. We actually checked out places we've never been to this time, like the museums, and the one place i've always wanted to stay, The Grand Hotel.

Well... we only got to go into the gift shop, and the restaurant below it but it was still exciting for me. We are gonna stay there one day, whether he likes it or not. lol.

The restaurant inside the hotel is called The Asylum
and I have to admit that, all though I couldn't really decide what to get, (it was a pretty wierd menu selection) it was pretty damn good. I just had a hamburger but I was impressed. (except they put a pepperchini next to my pickle and I burned the crap out of my mouth in one bite.... not cool! I hate peppers)
Brandon got to try the whine he's been wanting to, made by the "glorius" Maynard Keenen himself!

As excited as he was about it.... he wasn't to impressed :( lol.

I had my first cosmo...not a fan of that!

All and all it was a great day together (windy as hell)

but fun!

quite a couple of weeks

Tuesday the 17th my little newborn ended up in the banner childrens hospital for 3 days w/ what they found out after 2 1/2 days of mad testing (INCLUDING A SPINAL TAP! GRRR)they found out on thursday that he had rotovirus. Thats 2/2 boys that have had Rotovirus just shy of the vaccine. shoot me!

Rotovirus is viral infection in the small intestines that is most commen in small children and babies. :( so sad.

Doc said he should no longer be contagious after 72 hours, Gave us the go ahead to take the little get away trip that we had planned up north to Lakeside, and Vernon (my life is wierd i actually look forward to driving 180 miles to those 2 hodunk towns)
So we left saturday morning to show low to my nieces 3rd Birthday party... It was actually kind of fun. I walk in and the 1st thing i see is my beautiful older sister wearing (bless her) a twilight shirt. (I couldnt be more proud, and Im only sad that I didn't think of it my self. ) In celebration of the Fabulous day that twilight came out on dvd! yay!
so i got to spend the rest of the afternoon pigging out w/ my family (all though i was hungover) it was still fun.

The downside to it... my 2 year old has decided to wait till this very trip for his fierce crazy terrible two tantrums to appear.. there were multiple times in our trip that we had both our 6 week old and our 2 year old crying at the same time... ggrrrrr. No one warned me bout this! lol.

So was it a fun get away :( sadley I've had better times. Im bummed because there are very few times that i get to go on this trip w/ Brandon. and it was our 1st family trip :( ugh.

So the upside other than actually seeing my family is that Brandon and I are taking the whole day monday just for ourselves we are driving up north to my favorite place other than home, (i dont know what is w/ me and small towns) Jerome, Az yay! and then Im driving my man through Sedona, Az where he's never got to actually see w/ out almost swerving off the road and scarying the crap out me. im soo excited, Then home to start cooking for the boys for our ritual (love it) monday night dinners.

Hopefully everything goes smoothly.

Its been a month already! wow that's insane that 4 weeks has gone by soo fast. Brayden is officially a month old and I'm undecided whether i think its gone by fast or if its been the longest month of my life.

We had some trouble w/ Baily adjusting to not being the only child anymore. He's had quite the attitude lately! But he's getting better day by day. *thank goodness* He loves his brother and trys to help out alot. even when i didn't ask for it *sigh*. I feel soo bad for him sometimes like I'm being to hard on him but he's waaay to in Brayden face all the time. grrrr.

Baily is getting sooo big we're so proud of him. He's a great big brother!

We are going up north on the 21st! yay! I'm so excited to see my fam! the vernonators haven't met brayden yet and neither has my sis. so im excited to show off my fab babes! and to watch twilight on dvd w/ the sis lol.

And from the sound of it! baily is in desperate need to see summer! lol

Our pretty baby boy was born on February 6,2009 at 7:29am. He was 6lbs 2oz and 19 1/4 long. He came out crying right away and I couldn't be more happy! I have two beautiful baby boys and an amazing husband. Life is bliss!

We got out of the Hospital on Monday and I wanted to say thank you for everyone that stopped by to see him and for the gifts he received. They were all great!

Baily has finally taken to being a big brother. It took him a few days to realize that the baby was here to stay, and now he wants nothing more than to kiss and hug him.

We are all healthy, home and very happy!!!!

We have 3 days till Baby Brayden is to be born at Banner Dessert at 7am. Brandon and I have to be there at 5am (has anyone ever heard of sleep).

Im very excited for him to be here, but very nervous on how baily will handle things and how difficult it will be to have a newborn and a 2 year old.

I will have my mother here from thursday night for a couple weeks at the most, and Brandons mother is gonna help out w/ baily bug too. (although she already does enough). I dont know what we would do w/ out benita and mark They definatly have been our guardian angels.

Picture's will be posted after we get home from the hospital. We will be there from Friday morning till monday morning.
